A few habits I’ve seen my thin friends have
🌸Always ALWAYS play with your food
🌸Have weird, time-consuming habits around food
🌸Fidget, Fidget, Fidget
🌸Avoid just sitting down and eating. (Ex: make mac and cheese but while your eating it also be folding laundry and take a small bite between shirts)
🌸Be adventurous, it forces you to walk and also you’ll meet new people
🌸Coffee for breakfast, and make sure to finish it even if you have to reheat half of it
🌸Watch tv while standing up. Just stand more in general
🌸Have skinny friends. Thin friends are much better thinspo then literally any thinspo picture.
🌸I know this one is hard. Don’t count calories. Just eat lighter things. And less of it. This is so so so so so important. I can’t stress this enough. I lost 10 pounds from not counting calories.
🌸Weigh yourself more. At least in the beginning till you figure out how much you need to eat to lose weight.
🌸Be picky. (Ex: my thin friend likes soda. But only Pepsi cola. Or liking cake BUT only pineapple upside down)
🌸Take naps. You can’t eat in your sleep
🌸Never get full… EVER.
🌸Popsicles > ice cream
